TOO "KSM-Energy" has been operating independently since January 2010, taking over functions previously carried out by TOO "KazakhSelMash Corporation." It serves as a self-standing legal entity responsible for the operation of power supply system facilities within the territory of Nur-Sultan (formerly Astana). The company functions as an energy transmission organization and was registered on April 6, 2010, under No. 33575-1901-TOO.

TOO "KSM-Energy" is a Limited Liability Company in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The company was registered on April 6, 2010, by the Department of Justice of Nur-Sultan.

TOO "KSM-Energy" provides services for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy to sub-consumers located around the enterprise. The company manages two transformer substations with a capacity of 110/10 kV totaling 80,000 kVA, and ten transformer substations with a capacity of 10/0.4 kV totaling 10,000 kVA. The total length of cable lines is 23.5 km, including 21.2 km of high-voltage lines and 2.3 km of low-voltage lines.

The primary production task of TOO "KSM-Energy" is to ensure uninterrupted transportation of electrical energy to consumers. The main activities of the company include the transmission and distribution of electrical energy, the operation of substation networks, electrical supply services, as well as capital and current repairs of electrical equipment.

The activities of TOO "KSM-Energy" are based on state licenses:

  • General license for the activities of "transmission and distribution of electrical energy, operation of electrical networks and substations," issued by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies on May 20, 2009, under No. 000343.

The company's consumers include large companies and organizations such as "StalTsink" Plant, "EcoTon+", "Astana Temir NS" Plant, "PSK Titan," TOO "OST-project," "KazakhSelMash Group," the state institution "Fire Service PS No8" in Nur-Sultan, GU "Akmolinskaya RECh," and others, totaling more than 60 large and medium-sized consumers.
